Youth Leadership Authority (YLA) Enrollment for the 2025 YLA Bachelors/Masters Eagle Series (BME) began at our new: Safe Place to Land at 160 E Horizon Drive.
Thank you ACPro.com and Mark Schick Master Mechanical who continues as our Core Sponsor for this Bachelors/ Masters Series, which has proven to RESULT in 56% joining a career in police, fire and military. And, 75% attending college.
Our students flourished with excitement in our new space, as they registered for next year’s leadership programs and classes with YLA. All on their way to earning their Bachelors and/or Masters certificates in youth leadership from YLA!

Yesterday, the YLA and Eagle Team discussed and issued rank and job titles. 😁💪🏽💥
Thank you YLA’S Honroary Head Eagle and Assistant Dezerrion Alexander and Shane Jones who are passing the torch to Head Eagle Stephen Marin Caballero, assisted by Admin Michelle Garcia Villalobos Dawson Wollin Cezar Alvarez .
They will be mentoring the 12 new Eagle applicants on how to soar through this program and mentor others while learning next level leadership skills. **Bringing our BME Series enrollment to 20 students! The most in 8 years for YLA!
We spoke on public speaking techniques for our upcoming YLA Graduation on October 24th! Can’t wait to hear their speeches at graduation!
We also heard of the many skills they have learned over the past years series of programs with YLA.

Physical, personal, spiritual and professional development training and mentoring is at the forefront of all YLA’S programs and classes.
Last night, after their leadership development course and enrollment, our Instructors ended with a physical training and motto 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️ led by Ssgt Jess Holguin and our new addition to YLA, Program Coordinator, 1st Lieutenant Urbina, USMC.
Finally, YLA is extremely proud to offer a new application tool in “Career Development” granted to us to refine this specific BME series by PBS! 😲👉💪🏽😁👏
Our students now have access to an excellent self assesment through @JOBTIMIZE Vegas PBS!
This portal is offered by trained YLA Advisors to match our students/gradautes /Instructors/coaches in a career suitable for their personality and skill set! 👏 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
Who doesn’t want to learn about themselves and get placed into a career they love!
