How a Mission Makes a Nation Stronger

Youth Leadership Authority (YLA) is a proactive- boutique, non-profit 501 c3 that promotes family values through a variety of youth leadership and developmental programs.  As what we always say, we are not a one and done program.

We set teens on a path to leadership with several programs, that results in their ability and confidence to move forward into college and/or a career with the military, police, or fire.

Our seventeen years of historical stats speak for themselves: 82% of our teens go to college, 41% go into one of the military branches, fire, police, EMT, etc. We also provide career choice opportunities with community leaders, internships, and mentoring. We are a highly impactful small organization with a seventeen-year history, that has proven record of results.

Core Values:  Honesty, Respect, Peace, Kindness and Humility.

Our Programs are built on the core values above, which help to build a teens character with morals and values, tact, patriotism, and manners that create strong family values and career goals.

YLA’s Mission: To provide a HUB of building-block opportunities for today’s youth, families, and educators by offering a variety of leadership development programs that are built on Honesty, Respect, Peace, Kindness and Humility.

YLA is building America’s future leaders; with patriotism and integrity to secure their future!

Our goal is to inspire Inspiring Focused, Driven Leaders.  We set kids on a one – four year path (sometimes longer) of personal, professional, spiritual and physical development programs; that result with them recognizing and understanding the importance of family values, solid personal and spiritual principals, patriotism, honesty and career choices.

Would you like to Volunteer or Learn more about our programs ?
