This summer, the Youth Leadership Authority (YLA) is helping 25 remarkable Starfish grow into future leaders through our 10-week Summer Leadership Series (SLS) and FORGE Program. We’re calling on visionary sponsors to stand with us in transforming today’s youth into tomorrow’s heroes.
So far, 7 graduates have entered the Marine Corps, with 22 more expressing interest in careers in the military, firefighting, and law enforcement. Help us give them the tools to succeed—and serve.

The fentanyl crisis is real—and it’s in our neighborhoods. In 2020 alone, 123 lives were lost to fentanyl in Clark County. That number has only grown.
This event is more than awareness—it’s about saving lives. Hear directly from:
- The Zachary Horton Foundation, sharing their personal story of loss and purpose
- City of Henderson’s “Don’t Risk It All” Campaign, educating young adults on fentanyl risks

.Our motivated teams are charging ahead with their Passion Projects, which they’ll present during The FORGE event.

These projects will be presented after completing a Warrior Challenge with the Marines and Navy SEALs. One winning team will earn the Warrior Sword and have their names engraved on The FORGE Monument—plus a chance to sail with the SEALs!
